Responsible for Preparing and Monitoring of Order Execution
.Act as nominated Client contact on projects
- Maintain Client files.
- Prepare Job Instructions in consultation, where necessary with the Lead coordinator and/ or Technical Management.
- Set up assignments projects in EVO and forwards instructions to Inspectors / Expediters.
- As required contact suppliers to inform of Intertek Moody’s
involvement and confirm client requirements
- Record and maintain the win/ loss data for all enquires
- Call on customers to gather market / project intelligence on existing and upcoming projects
- Manage order files during work in progress.
- Update files during work in progress.
- Inform parties concerned of inspection / expediting results as necessary.
- Check accuracy and completeness of incoming / outgoing reports and maintain the files in the EVO system .
- When in doubt, consult originator and / or Lead Coordinator/ Supervisor Coordinator or Technical Management.
Co-operate in all matters relating to the proper functioning of the Company Quality System i.e. Internal Reviews, Audits etc. and to report, in a timely manner any errors or omissions found in the Company issued documentation (assignments, work instructions, specifications / standards, procedures etc.) or knowledge of customer dissatisfaction.
Relevant administration skills
Preferred experience with an Engineering background
Suitable experience from promotion within the company
